Shipping: Orders are processed in 2-3 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Orders received on the weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Where is my order? After your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email you provided when placing the order. Gentre uses USPS for shipping.
What is your return policy? Gentre is a small online store and due to COVID-19, we do not accept returns. All sales are final and we do not accept offer exchanges or refunds.
However, if your package arrived damaged, please send an email to info@gentre.store including your name, order number and photo of the damaged product(s) and we will be more than happy to fix the situation. We can also offer online store credit. All replacements will be sent out 1-2 business days.
Privacy Policy: Gentre understands and respects your privacy. We will not share or sell your information. Our customers’ information is strictly used to fulfil orders and marketing/ promotion.
